Custom Domain Not Working & Unfinished Documentation

I’m having issues getting the custom domains to work. The domain is configured and managed by Cloudflare but it says the site can’t be reached. This might be because the domain is still new. I’m going to wait a little bit and reply with an update if it fixes itself or not.

That is not the only issue

The Custom Domain docs page also doesn’t seem to be complete as it has a header for Step 3(Custom Redirect - RestoreCord) but no actual information provided afterwards.

But the solution to your issue is:
Create a cname record:
Name: @
Target: google.com

This should solve the issue.
