Subscription still not upgraded despite completing payment

Greetings, I have paid 30 USD via crypto (bitcoin) for the yearly business plan and received payment confirmation yet my account has not been upgraded yet.

I also have paid for the $15/Year plan a few days ago but I have not been upgraded yet. I tried to go to restorecord.com/support but the page is unreachable.
