IP address, ASN number, Discord ID blacklist

RestoreCord needs the ability to blacklist IP addresses, ASN numbers, and Discord IDs.

On the delete button, a popup should say “Are you sure you want to delete”, and then display a checkbox to select whether or not you want to blacklist the user’s information.

Then, there should be a blacklist tab where you can delete old blacklists or add new blacklists

And the reason for Discord ID blacklists are because you could ban a user from your server and delete them, and they could still verify again by going to the link.
