Domain and Verify Error

Hey, I have to problems.

The first one is when I wan’t to verify me in my own server it says: {“message”:“Unknown user”}

And the second is that my custom domain don’t work. I setted up the cloudflare rules but it don’t work. Domain: flarelog.de
