Are the verified users safe when the bot get baned?

Hi,

my server get very often baned and also all accounts with higher rights in my discord, to restore my users im thinking about getting restorecord.

But i´ve read in the documentation if the custom bot getting baned all verifications are lost.
Is this really the case? Is there a possibility to not use a custom bot then? Or prevent this issue in general?

Don’t create the bot on an account that had admin on your server. The account should be in Zero servers.
